New Ducati Scrambler unveiled in spy shot

New spy shots have revealed what could signal a new addition to the Ducati Scrambler line-up for 2017.

Revealing an upside-down fork and longer travel than previous Ducati Scrambler offerings, the prototype, which can be seen here, appears to be in line with previous offerings from Ducati as far as power is concerned (we're guessing an 803cc engine), despite rumours surrounding a larger engine entering the fold for next year.

Other things worth mentioning are a front fender in the same shape as Ducati's Urban Enduro, along with a modernised fuel tank luggage racks both front and rear.A higher fender and more traditional licence plate bracket mount are also apparent, irrespective of how much we are able to decipher owing to how heavily disguised the bike in the photo is. Ducati seems to have also stuck with its 80s yellow colour tone which can be seen behind the flat seat.

When Ducati reveal the new Ducati Scrambler is anyone's guess, but our money's on a big reveal at the EICMA show in Milan this November. Watch this space for more as and when we get it.
