While Honda has already outlined plans for its 2014 range of CTX motorcycles, it would appear that the Japanese manufacturer is not done there when it comes to new arrivals.

Reports emerging this week suggest that Honda could be planning to release another new type of sports bike in the US at some point this month.

While details of the new arrival remain sketchy at best, the new development has come from the blog Honda of Chattanooga, a usually reliable source for news on all things Honda related.

It was here that news of the new CTX models was first released, prompting may many petrolheads to sit up and take notice of this latest announcement.

Suggestions currently going around the rumour mill include talk of the new bike being an early release edition of the MotoGP-replica V4 road bike.

But whether this, or any of the other speculative suggestions, becomes a reality remains to be seen - we will keep you posted.
