Our love of all things vintage could soon collide with the modern sensibilities of motorcycling today, if Suzuki's idea to reinvent the classic 'Hustler' model go to plan.

The Japanese manufacturer is reportedly considering bringing back the much-loved vehicle with talk of a new lightweight sports edition.

Alternatively, the new motorcycle could play on the inspired retro-chic design of the popular model.

Whatever the case, reports indicate that the update could be heavily influenced by the classic T20 and T250 Hustlers which became such an iconic part of the brand itself.

But while the design elements of the new additions to the Suzuki stable remain sketchy, it is certainly clear that the retro-inspired bikes will benefit from all of the modern technological touches afforded to those within the motorcycle manufacturing industry today.

It has been a bumper month for vintage motorcycles with Bonhams having their largest ever motorbike auction as well as an excellent month for new releases with Aprilla revealing the RSV4 Factory Superbike Special Edition.
