For the most part electric motorbikes are still on the fringes of the normal motorcyclist's world, however, there have been certain pushes here and there as time has passed

Maintaining the trend Zero Motorcycles has introduced two new learner-legal models and upgraded its range of electric bikes with more power and torque for 2017.

There is purportedly the chance for more aggressive riding and longer sustained high speeds.

Zero says they have got lighter and more compact power packs, saving 43kg and freeing-up space for a lockable storage compartment.

Zero has been expanding its dealer network too, and now has four in the UK.
